How royal wedding might influence upcoming weddings

(Neha Javed, Karachi)

Simplicity and informality joined hands with pomp and circumstance when Meghan Markle, 36, married Prince Harry, 33, in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. The world witnessed a transformative moment for the Royal House of Windsor, but will the couple’s personalized, multicultural wedding affect bridal trends to come?

1-A Divorcée get Married in royal family: Even though she is divorced but a good family accepted her as the way she was with no discrimination along with her. It might change the mentality of people who think divorcee can't ever get a happy life. Instead of leaving a man she hates she spend her entire lfe in trubble with him.

2-A Simple Dress :There was no ostentatious bling on the unadorned bridal dress Ms. Markle wore, Her dress was so simple and beautiful that might influence many young girls and may change the concept of heavy dresses wore in Pakistan which cost so expensive .Hence, there is no use of that wedding dress after that day.

3-No Boring Ceremonies. Be You: Ceremonies to cherish others are useless and boring for couples .Weddings with many events leads to great expense . People should have one ceremony and that is reception.Avoid being bored on your special day of life.

4-Less Jewelry, Less Makeup: Will brides wear less makeup and be adorned with just a little jewelry after seeing Ms. Markle,“Hair styles are looser,” Ms. Miller said, “and makeup is more natural now.” less makeup and jewellery a wedding with least expense.

5-Out With the Old. A Fresh and Local Cake: Ms. Markle and Prince Harry went a very different direction with sponge cake, skipping the traditional, no-expiration-date English fruitcake.

They chose the flavors of lemon and elderberry flower baked and heavily decorated with fresh flowers by Claire Ptak, a London-based baker who owns Violet Cakes and uses local organic and seasonal ingredients. Instead of the towering tier, it was presented as four cakes on three separate resting places (one golden plate and two golden goblets) situated at varying heights.A fresh cake can make a day .

Although the wedding cost 43 million dollars but the beauty of bride was in simplicity.

Great Article but unfortunately there are only few people who consider & appreciate all these simplicity factors for weddings.. In our society what others think matter alot so for others satisfaction people will continue to spend alot on expensive things.. :/
