Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat
Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus is the 31st Shaikh of
the Sarwari Qadri Order and was transferred the Trust of Faqr from Sultan-ul-Faqr
VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.).
ANCESTORS & PARENTS
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus belongs to an Arain family. His geneology is as follows:
Hazrat Saleem Al-Raees’ son Hazrat Habib Al-Raee (R.A.) was a saint of highest
cadre who got beneficence from Hazrat Salman Farsi Razi Allah Anhu. Hazrat Data
Ganj Bakhsh (R.A.) has also mentioned about Hazrat Habib Al-Raee in his book “Kashf-al-Mahjoob”.
Hazrat Habib al-Raee’s son Shaikh Haleem Raee came to India from Arab with
Mohammad Bin Qasim to preach Islam in the Sub-continent. He and his family got
settled in India and their progeny was afterwards known by the name “Raeen”
which changed to Arain with the passage of time.
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus’ father, Abdul Hameed (R.A.) strictly followed Shariat and
never delayed his optional prayers let alone the compulsory ones. He used to
spend his nights reciting the Holy Quran or praying additional prayers while
spending the day in the Zikr of Allah. The mother of Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr
Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus was an ardent
lover of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and a true devotee of the Ahl-e-Bait and
Ghaus-ul-Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Razi Allahu Anhu. She used to arrange
gatherings to most of the holy events every year.
BIRTH & CHILDHOOD
The holy birth of Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad
Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus took place on Wednesday, 19th August 1959 (14
Safar, 1379 Hijri) at 4:30 am in Bakhshan Khan Tehsil Chishtian, Bahawalnagar
District, Pakistan. The sacred essence of the child was evident as his mother
did not feel any problem while bearing him which is very rare for any mother.
Once, a faqeer saw his celestial forehead and told his mother, “Allah has chosen
him and written a special destiny on his forehead. He will spend his whole life
under the supervision of Hazrat Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Razi Allah Anhu who
will prepare him and train him spiritually for a very special purpose”. On
another occasion, he said, “Your son is a Leader. Wherever he would go, he will
lead”.
EDUCATION & PRACTICAL LIFE
Since childhood, Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus was anxious
about knowing the reality of Islam and spent most of his free time in pondering
over the signs of Allah and the message of the Holy Prophet (pbuh), as well as
reading religious books. He passed his Matriculation Exams from Multan Board in
1978. In 1983, he did his graduation with First Division from Baha-ud-Din
Zikriya University, Multan. In April 1985, Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi
Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus began his career with a
government job, due to which he had to shift to Lahore. He continued this job
with devotion and hardwork for 28 years and then got retirement in Decemeber
2013.
SEARCH FOR DIVINE TRUTH
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah was
only 37 years of age, when he left the worldly matters of life and absorbed
himself completely in his relation with Allah. This accelerated his spiritual
journey and he got connected esoterically to Ghaus-ul-Azam Hazrat Shaikh Abdul
Qadir Jilani Razi Allah Anhu who guided him and enriched him with spiritual
benevolence. When Hazrat Ghaus-ul-Azam Razi Allah Anhu completed his spiritual
education he was spiritually ordered by Hazrat Ghaus-ul-Azam to find a Murshid
Kamil (Perfect Spiritual Guide). Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr’s search at last met its
destination when on the 12th of April 1998, he found his Murshid, Sultan-ul-Faqr
VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.) who lived in Jhang. Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr took the oath of allegiance on his sacred hands and spent each
moment of his life rendering all his physical and mental abilities, as well as
his wealth in serving his Murshid and supporting him in his mission of spreading
Faqr.
SPIRITUAL JOURNEY
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus annihilated in the essence of his Murshid and became his true
reflection. His Murshid tested him several times. About the spiritual and inward
trials, only the seeker and Allah know but outwardly he became the centre of
attention of his Murshid. Whatever duty was assigned to him by his Murshid, he
obediently performed it.
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr took upon the duty of making clothes for his Murshid for
all seasons and all the events such as Eid and Urs of Spiritual Guides. He did
this duty throughout the life of his Murshid with such devotion that he forgot
to get his own dresses prepared. When Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr made his house in
Mustafa Town Lahore, he got a room specially made for his Murshid Pak upstairs
which had everything for his comfort and ease for his Murshid to stay on his
visits to Lahore.
In the summer of July 2000, Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr went to meet his Murshid found
him perspiring amongst the crowd with only one fan to provide air. He
immediately returned to Lahore, bought an AC and got the AC fitted in the room
of his Murshid.
Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.) assigned Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr the duty of publishing the Magazine “Mahnama Mirat-ul-Arifeen
Lahore” as its chief editor though he had no previous experience of journalism.
In April 2000, the first issue of the Mahnama Mirat-ul-Arifeen Lahore was
published. Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr successfully published this magazine according
to the teachings of Faqr under the guidance of Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi
Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.) till August 2004.
In November 2001, Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.)
assigned Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr the duty to establish “Maktaba-ul-Arifeen” in
order to spread the teachings of Faqr through writings and publications. In
April 2002, Maktaba-al-Arifeen was established with grandeur and the books
gained much popularity. Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr supervised “Maktaba-al-Arifeen”
during the life time of his Murshid. Apart from this, Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr also
devoted his house (in Education Town) and 7 Marlas land for the office of
Maktaba-al-Arifeen. Since October 2009, the office of Mahnama Sultan-ul-Faqr has
been established there.
Last time the gold Ism-e-Allah Zaat were made in 1934 by Shahbaz-e-Arifaan
Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Bahadur Ali Shah (R.A.). Nothing about gold
Ism-e-Allah Zaat was ever discussed till Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr took the oath of
allegiance. He was assigned this auspicious duty of getting the gold Ism-e-Allah
Zaat made, as well as the printed ones. He performed this duty throughout the
remaining life of Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.).
A few moments before his demise, he called up Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr on phone to
inquire about this particular duty. The details of this conversation are present
in the book based on the sacred life of Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan
Mohammad Asghar Ali Rehmat-ul-Allah Alayh by the name “Sahib-e-Lolaak” written
by Tariq Ismail Sagar.
He also gave the responsibility of Bait-ul-Maal (Treasury) of Islahi Jamat to
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr because in the matters of money, he could trust only him.
In 2001, Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.)
intended to perform Hajj and told Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr, “This Hajj is important
for you and me as well”. Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr had already spent all his wealth
in the way of Allah, so he had to sell his car to carry out the expenses of Hajj
for himself, his Murshid as well as the other companions. Hence, from 28th
February till 28th March 2001, Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad
Asghar Ali (R.A.) performed Hajj with his beloved Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr and few
other selected disciples.
In November 2001, Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.)
made Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr the supervisor of Islahi Jamat and thus, the Islahi
Jamat all over the country was practically united under Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr’s
leadership. A lot of people got blessed by Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan
Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.) due to the method of preaching adopted by Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr.
The above mentioned duties are only a few among the countless responsibilities
that Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr performed for his Murshid, which include financial
arrangements for celebrating Milad-e-Mustafa Sall’Allahu Alayhi Wa’alihi
Wasallam or other programs, preparing sacred sheet for the shrine of Sultan
Abdul Aziz (R.A.) every year and many other personal duties of Sultan-ul-Faqr VI
which are not being mentioned just to be precise.
TRANSFERENCE OF THE TRUST OF FAQR
By 26th December 2003, Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali
(R.A.) had checked and approved Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr after all the trials that
only he was capable of holding the Trust of Allah. So Sultan-ul-Faqr VI
transferred the Trust of Faqr inwardly and secretly to Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr and
left this material world. “From 2001 to 2003, my Murshid trained me and passed
away on the 20th of December 2003.” (Mujtaba Akhir Zamani)
THRONE OF GUIDANCE
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus is the 31st Shaikh of the Sarwari Qadri Order. He started
granting Ism-e-Allah Zaat and accepting allegiance from the 14th of August 2005.
Since then, he has made great efforts and taken revolutionary steps to shower
the bounty of the Treasure of Faqr upon the entire Ummah.
The first and foremost favour by Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr upon the Seeker of Allah
is the Zikr itself. In the past, Zikr (invocation) of Ism-e-Allah Zaat (Personal
Name of Allah) was given by the Murshid-e-Kamil (the Perfect Spiritual Guide) to
a disciple in four stages i.e. (Allahu, Lillah, Lahoo and Hoo) and with each
stage, the disciple progressed in Qurb (nearness to Allah). Sultan-ul-Azkar Hoo
(the crown invocation Hoo) was given to him when he had passed all the basic
stages. It was a long process and required a lot of time and patience. Usually,
most of the disciples could not reach this highest level of invocation “Hoo” but
Allah has blessed Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad
Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus with such great spiritual powers that he
gives his disciples the Zikr of Sultan-ul-Azkar “Hoo” at the very first day of
allegiance and also gives them printed or pure gold Ism-e-Allah Zaat for Tasawur
(contemplation). Shaikh-e-Akbar Allama Ibn-e-Arabi (R.A.) says in his book
Fatoohat-e-Makiyah that "Hoo is the extreme and most elevated Zikr of Arifeen".
When the seeker gets perfection in Zikr (invocation) and Tasawur (contemplation)
of Ism-e-Allah Zaat, then the Tasawur of Ism-e-Mohammad (sacred Name of Mohammad
Sall’Allahu Alayhi Wa’alihi Wasallam) is given to him for further spiritual
elevation. This is being done for the first time in the history of Faqr by the
beneficence of Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad
Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus.
MURSHID KAMIL AKMAL
In every era, there is present an Insan-e-Kamil who possesses Amanat-e-Elahiya
and is the heir of the treasure of Faqr. Such a Perfect Spiritual Guide is
described as one who grants Sultan-ul-Azkar Ism-e-Azam “Hoo” and the Tasawur of
Ism-e-Allah Zaat to the seeker on the very first day of his oath. Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr
Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has all the
qualities of a Perfect Spiritual Guide of Sarwari Qadri which are witnessed by
each of his seeker whom he has spiritually cleansed. He has the ability to
cleanse the heart and purify the soul of the seeker and make him as clear as a
mirror from inward illnesses of his disciples such as those of jealousy, envy,
greed, lust, etc. and leads them to the path of piety, patience, steadfastness,
humility, gratitude and unconditional Love for Allah.
STRUGGLE FOR SPREADING FAQR
ESTABLISHMENT OF TEHREEK DAWAT E FAQR
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has laid the foundation of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr, so as to
spread the message of Faqr in a more organized and proper channel. It is a
registered organization since Ocotber 2009. Regardless of any sect, group or
school of thought, Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr welcomes all the Muslims who seek to
sanctify their soul and desire the Closeness and Vision of Allah. Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus
purifies the hearts and inner selves of the Seekers of Allah without involving
them in hard mystic exercises or lengthy prayers. He has made the bounty of Faqr
common and approachable for everyone and grants Ism-e-Allah Zaat for Zikr and
Tasawur to Muslims all over the world with allegiance and without allegiance.
For those who want to swear allegiance, personal meeting is preferred but is not
necessary which is quite impressive and miraculous as he is the first one to
make oath possible overseas. Initially, oath required personal meeting but since
2014, Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has made it possible for the seekers living abroad to take
the oath of alligience through the internet via a written oath form and also
through audio calls. Ism-e-Allah Zaat is sent to them by post. This is a
milestone in the history of Faqr and Allah has truly blessed Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus
with impeccable spiritual powers to make it possible.
KHANQAH SILSILA SARWARI QADRI
Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has established a Khanqah for
his disciples, exactly in the same manner as all our Sufi Saints have done in
the past. The doors of this Khanqah are open for everyone day and night without
discrimination of any sect, caste, creed or status.
DEPARTMENT OF DAWAT O TABLEEGH
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has established a department of Dawat-o-Tableegh (invitation
and preaching) for inviting people towards Faqr and propagating the teachings of
Faqr among the masses. Preachers are especially trained for this purpose. These
preachers are busy in spreading Faqr and inviting people towards it, all over
Pakistan.
SULTAN-UL-FAQR PUBLICATIONS
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus set the foundation of Sultan-ul-Faqr Publications Registered
in August 2006, to carry on the mission of his Murshid to spread the teachings
of Faqr through books, pamphlets and magazine.
MAHNAMA SULTAN-UL-FAQR LAHORE (MONTHLY MAGAZINE)
The monthly magazine Mahnama Sultan-ul-Faqr Lahore is being published since
August 2006 under the supervision of Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr. This is an ideal
platform and opportunity to let people know about the teachings and struggles of
our Saints and have knowledge about the reality of Faqr i.e. true Islam.In
addition to the successful publication of Mahnama Sultan-ul-Faqr Lahore, Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr has also started a website:

Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has established the department of Multimedia Design and
Development to introduce and propagate the teachings of Faqr through modern
information technology on the internet. This department has started the

to introduce teachings of Faqr worldwide.
Further, for the complete study of the life and teachings of Sultan-ul-Arifeen

the people who wanted to know more about Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi

biography and is largely based upon his struggles in the way of Faqr.

ANNUAL EVENTS
Ever since Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus adorned the throne of spiritual instruction and divine
guidance, he celebrates Milad-e-Mustafa Sall’Allahu Alayh Wa’alihi Wasallam in
the month of Rabi-ul-Awal in such a splendid way that people from all over
Pakistan attend and participate in it with great zeal and zest. A grand
gathering is held on every 10th of Moharram with extreme respect and devotion in
commemoration of martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain Razi Allah Anhu. He also holds
the Urs of Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Razi Allah Anhu and of the Spiritual Guides
of Sarwari Qadri Order.

TITLE & STATUS
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus was named Najib-ur-Rehman by his father and was given the
Kuniyat of “Abu-al-Murtaza” by his Murshid Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Hazrat Sakhi Sultan
Mohammad Asghar Ali (R.A.) due to his son Mohammad Murtaza Najib. When he was
given the Throne of Divine Guidance and Persuasion, he was titled as “Sultan
Mohammad” by the Assembly of Ghuas-ul-Azam Razi Allah Anhu. He named himself
“Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr” which literally means “the slave of Sultan-ul-Faqr” out
of his respect and devotion towards his Murshid.
Hazrat Ahmed bin Hanbal Rehmat-ul-Allah Alayh says,” I requested Hazrat Fazeel
bin Ayaz Rehmat-ul-Allah Alayh to give me some advice. So he said, “Become a
Khadim(slave) rather than a Makhdom(ruler) because becoming a Khadim(slave) is a
matter of dignity.” (Tazkarah-tul-Auliya)
Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has been awarded the title of “Sultan Mohammad” by two of the
most Holy Beings, Ghaus-ul-Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Razi Allah Anhu and
Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Bahoo (R.A.).
BEAUTY & GRANDEUR
Allah has blessed Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus with such
elevated level of Divine Beauty which has absorbed in his inward self with such
extremity that it even exudes through his outward self becoming a spectacle for
all to see, praise and adore.
Although he has turned 55 years of age in August 2014, he looks way younger than
his age. His skin illuminates with the freshness of youth. In the gatherings of
his disciples, those whom Allah has granted beauty seem dull in front of the
unmatched beauty of Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman
Madzillah-ul-Aqdus. He usually keeps his eyes down out of modesty but it takes
only one glance of his to change the state of the seeker and bless him with
Marifat.
Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus has done so much
for spreading Faqr that his eyesight has become a bit weak when it comes to
reading and writing. So, he wears spectacles. His face in itself is a prodigy of
Light of Ism-e-Allah Zaat. It is a face that contains ultimate beauty and holds
the unknown secrets. Each seeker reads it according to his/her spiritual status.

CHARACTER & PERSONALITY
The unparalleled personality of Khadim Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan
Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus is the true presentation of all
these Verses and Hadiths in the present world:
“O believers! Fear Allah and look for a Vaseela to approach Him.” (Surah
Al-Maidah)
“Verily, the friends of Allah are (those) on whom fear (cometh) not nor do they
grieve.” (Suarh Al-Younas)
Reported the Prophet Sall’Allahu Alayhi Wa’alihi Wasallam:
Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar states: “There are some believers of Allah whom Allah has
awarded the quality of helping the people and people turn to them for the
solution of their problems.” (Al-Jamiul Sagheer)
“This is the attribute of Auliya Allah that blessings are found in their
speeches, their breath, their clothes, their houses and in the sand of their
feet and at a place where they sit for a day.” (Minhajul Abideen Ma’a Sharha
Sirajus Saalikin)
It is a matter of just one glance of his to liberate a person from his
difficulties whether inward or outward. He takes the seekers to a level where
their worldly lust ends and they reach a point where Allah is pleased with them
and they agree to Allah’s will. Only those who have their intentions tainted
with doubts and suspicions about their Mentor remain blinded from the Reality
and there is nothing but blindness for them in both the worlds.
Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus owns a very
pleasant personality. He is the first one to greet others. He is very simple and
clear in his way of talking. Although he is stationed at such an elevated level
yet he is extremely humble and lives an ordinary life. He gives equal respect to
all his disciples irrespective of their education or class. However, those who
possess high level Taqwa find themselves closer to Him. He is blessed with the
special quality of empathy. Allah has blessed him with an excellent standard of
living yet he chooses to be simple and even dresses simply yet the seekers are
drawn towards him.
Those, who want to get their inner selves purified and sanctified, and seek the
Vision and Closeness of Allah must have the privilege of meeting Khadim
Sultan-ul-Faqr Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman Madzillah-ul-Aqdus
and having Zikr (invocation) and Tasawur (contemplation) of Ism-e-Allah Zaat
(Personal Name of Allah).
