Being a country with 60% youth of its population, full of talent, blessed with natural potential i.e. diverse wheathers and landscape, having economy in severe need of transition from agro-based to knowledge-based, requiring skilled mapower for its value addition to its export products, and what not, Pakistan and the nation cannot afford cropping the wings of a flying organization like HEC i.e. the devolution of HEC. HEC, not only in its present form rather more strengthened, must continue to be a catalyst for the socio-economic development of the country. HEC must not be devolved rather must be more stregnthened.

intehae ghalat faisla intehae jahilana faisla hai hec ki tehleel ka. ye na sirf hazaron employees ki rozi roti k masla hai balkeh sub taleemi sargarmeon (jo k hec k officials ki) aur tamam staff ki anthak mehnat hai, ki nafi hai. aur phir ye kehna k jamhuriat hai...!!!! sara sar ghalt hai aur eyn jamhuri taqazoon k khilaf hai. and I'm sorry to say that but ye hamaray unparh, jahil aur qabiz hukmaron ki samajh say balatar cheez hai k HEC kya hai ???? aur iski kya achievements hain...!!!! aur meri tou yehi dua hai k 12wain Aaqa o Mola Imam Mehdi (as) ka zahoor jald az jald ho (Ameen) tabhi aik positive inqelaab aaey ga nehi to aisay jahilan faislay aaeynda bhi hotay rahain gay. aur bohat so ki haq talfi hoti rahay ge.

bohat he ghalat fasla ha yeh jub HEC provinces ko da dya jaya ga tu wo provinces like balochitan jo primery level ki education control nahi kar sakta ya phir sindh or punjab jasa provice jahan schools main Ch & Wadaron ka mavashi banda hota hain wo kya higher education ko dakhain ga.............degree verification kasa ho gi or is bat ki kya garanti ha ka sub merit pa ho ga ........abh scholorship us ko milta ha jo merit pa ata ha bagar yeh dakha ka wo mazdoor ka bata ha ya clerk ka ya General ka..........phir tu leaders or jiyalon ka bachon ko he mila ga in short gareeb ka bacha nahi parahin gain .....................

HEC will never, never, never......... devolve and the bogus degree holders will have not any courage to talk against HEC, INSHAALLAH. Devolution of HEC is a test case of Pakistani Nation. Every Pakistani who have geniune degree, and is not willing corruption in Pakistan, he will never support the develution of HEC. AND the same case who have gotten bogus degree, he will ever oppose the HEC to save his/her bogus degree. Finally listen, the People of Pakistan are alive, they will never allow to any corrupt degree holder to impose his corrupt wish on the whole nation.
