My Name is Muhammad Farhan and I am from Lahore. I'm doing M.B.A. from Pak Aims University Lahore. As matter of fact I've to choose specialization field. So, my question is that which field has more scope, demand in the job market.
My Basic qualification is BA & i am working at executive level in performance management system.My job description is to monitoring the productivity, Quality Management System & EHS systems as well.

While doing MBA you can opt for specialization in information technology, human resource management and marketing and as per your present jobs description i will suggest you to go for human resource management.
