Scope generates with skills and passion. If you have exra ordinary skills and passion with your field than you should not worry about scope. you will not strive if Allah wants and surely suceed. So dont ever Ever chose a field by seeing its current scope. It may be possible that when you passed out after 4 years the world may have been changed and the scope scale of that field you chose down. So chose what you are interest in.

A.Mannan civil is one of the mother fields of engineering along with electrical and mechanical. By scope if you mean how much this profession pays, then allow me tell you that Civil engineers are regarded as highest paid engineers. It has a bright in Pakistan and all over the globe.
