Islamabad: The International Islamic University (IIU) has rescheduled its
admission tests.
It also announced applications for admissions to the MS and PhD programmes will
be provisionally accepted from its students only.
According to DK Hairan Khattak of the university, admission tests for Sharia and
Law and Social Sciences programmes, which were to be held on August 13 and 15
respectively, would be held on August 18 and 19 respectively.
He said details of the new test schedule had been uploaded on the university
website, www.iiu.edu.pk.
DK Hairan Khattak said the students, who would complete their degrees by the end
of August, could apply for the admission to MS programme on provisional basis,
while the students, who had submitted MS thesis and had to undergo the viva voce
examination, could also apply for admission on provisional basis.
He said students would have to submit an undertaking that the required results
would be submitted before September 30, 2014. He also said the last date for the
acceptance of such forms was August 5.
