Poet: Zainab Batool By: Zainab Batool, Lahore

Drunk peers
wandering around streets
hand in hand
young sick people
sick in love
and you say it doesn't hurt
but i say you overlook it all

You name's a symphony
and i've looked for it
on every door i pass by
until at one, i know it's yours
and i will stop by it
over a hundred times

The trails and tracks
that i dusted my feet in
and i've brought you myself
please bring me your hands
before it's dark
and i need to be back
at where i start

Young sick people
sick in love
and you say it doesn't hurt
