Ingredients
  1. Chicken drum stick 1kg
  2. Chaat masla 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste 1tsp
  5. Garam masla powder ½ tsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. Red chilli 1tsp
  8. Corn flour 3 tbsp
  9. Ketchup 1 cup
  10. Oil for frying
Method
  • Wash and clean chicken thoroughly. Add all the ingredients and marinate for 1 hour except for corn flour and ketchup. Now add corn flour in chicken pieces. Heat oil in the wok and fry chicken till golden brown. Take out in a dish. Rub ketchup on the pieces. Garnish and serve.
