Ingredients
  1. Chicken -1KG
  2. Yougart -1/2 kg
  3. Red chilli powder -1tbsp
  4. Red chilli crushed -2tbsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. coriander powder -1tbsp
  7. pickle Masala -3tbsp
  8. Pickle oil -1/4 cup
  9. Green Capsicum & Onion for Garnishing
Method
  • Mix all these ingredients in chicken....completely Marinate and leave them for Half an Hour....after that inject these chicken pieces on Bar B cue sticks and cooked on pre haeted charcoal for 10 minutes....put this cooked chicken in a bowl garnish them and served..
