Ingredients
  1. Pasanday ½ kg
  2. Bun 2-3
  3. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper(crushed)1 tsp
  5. Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  6. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  8. Nigella seeds ½ tsp
  9. Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  10. Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  11. Tomatoes 2-3
  12. Cucumber 2-3
  13. Square cheese as required
  14. Salad leaves as required
  15. Oil to fry
  16. Salt to taste
  17. For sauce:
  18. Cream ½ cup
  19. Boiled garlic 8-10 cloves
  20. White pepper 1 tsp
  21. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  22. Yogurt ½ cup
  23. Salt to taste
Method
  • To prepare sauce:
  • Boil 8-10 cloves of garlic. Take ½ cup cream, boiled garlic, salt, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, ½ cup yogurt in a jug and mix everything to make a thick paste.
  • To preapare achari pasanaday:
  • Crush 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ nigella seeds, ½ tsp mustard seeds and ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds together.
  • Add these crushed spices, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt together in pasanday and fry it. slice cucumbers and tomatoes.
  • To prepare Burgers:
  • Toast the burgers. Spread sauce on one side, put a slice of cheese, tomatoes and pasanaday on it.
  • Put a salad leave and cover it with second half.
  • Achari pasanday burgers are ready to serve.
