Shell pasta 500 g

• Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction. Drain set aside and keep warm
• Melt butter in a large frying pan and cook onion and garlic. Stirring. Over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and stock, and cook for 4-5 minutes longer
• Add spinach and pasta to pan, season to taste with balck pepper and toss to combine.
