  1. 1/4 cup Wheat Bran (Crude)
  2. 1 1/8 cups Whole Grain Soy Flour
  3. 2/3 cup Vanilla Whey Protein
  4. 1/4 cup Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal
  5. 2/3 cup Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
Method
  • It is not necessary to use vanilla flavored whey protein powder, unflavored is ideal but the vanilla will not contribute much flavor to the mix so if it is what you have on hand, use it.
