آلو قیمے کے کباب (INGREDIENTS)

آلو دو عدد
تیل تلنے کے لئے
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
قیمہ آدھا پاؤ
ہرا دھنیا اور پودینہ حسب ضرورت
ہری مرچ دو سے تین عدد
لال مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ کٹی ہوئی
زیرہ تھوڑٓ سا
انار دانہ تھوڑا سا

METHOD

پہلے پین میں تیل گرم کرکے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، نمک اور قیمے میں تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر سوتے کرلیں۔
اب آلوؤں کو باریک کاٹ لیں۔
پھر ان میں ہرا دھنیا، پودینہ، ہری مرچ، نمک، لال مرچ، زیرہ اور انار دانہ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔
پھر تیار کیا ہوا قیمہ آلو پر ڈال کر مکس کریں اور کباب بنالیں۔
پین میں تیل ڈال کر کبابوں کو فرائی کرلیں۔
مزے دار قیمہ آلو کباب تیار ہیں۔
