Ingredients
  1. Potatoes  2 boiled and mashed
    Boiled eggs 5
    Onion chopped  4 tbsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
    Crushed red chili  1 tsp
    Green chili chopped  4
    All spice  1/2 tsp
    Salt  1 tsp
    Bread slices   4
Method
  • In a bowl mesh hard boiled eggs add to it boiled and mashed potato with all the rest Onion chopped 4 tbsp, Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp, Crushed red chili 1 tsp, Green chili chopped 4, All spice ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Bread slices 4, chopperize bread slices and mix in the potato and egg mixture, mix all well, make into kababs, dip in beaten eggs,shallow fry
