Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Apricots puree
    1 cup Cream whipped
    1 cup Evaporated milk chilled
    6 ounces Sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
Method
  • Beat
    1 cup chilled evaporated milk till double, dissolve 1 ½ tbsp gelatin in ¼ cup
    water, soak apricots in 1 cup of water for 4 hours, remove seeds and blend
    apricots with sugar, mix blended apricot puree in whipped evaporated milk, also
    fold in dissolve gelatin and 1 cup whipped cream, mix all together, put in a
    mold to set. Decorate with whipped cream and cherries
