Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
  3. 3 tsps Garlic
  4. 8 anchovies Anchovy (Drained Solids In Oil, Canned)
Method
  • 1- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • 2- Add garlic and anchovies. Cook gently for 5 minutes, until garlic is fragrant (but not brown).
