1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Stick
3 tsps Garlic
8 anchovies Anchovy (Drained Solids In Oil, Canned)

METHOD

1- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
2- Add garlic and anchovies. Cook gently for 5 minutes, until garlic is fragrant (but not brown).
3- Add pepper to taste. Transfer to a hot pot or heated dish and serve with vegetables.
