Ingredients
  1. 6 bread slices
    1 cup dates, raisins, almonds
    ½ tsp cardamom
    4 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    250 grams khoya
    250 grams cham cham
    2 cups milk
    Oil as required
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan. Slice each of the 6 bread slices in 4 pieces and fry until golden brown
    Ina  bowl combine 2 cups milk,1 cup sugar and cook in a  saucepan.
    Meanwhile beat together 4 eggs with 1/2tsp cardamom powder. Beat into the milk
    Place the fried bread pieces on an oven proof dish and pour the egg and milk mixture on top
    Add 250g chum chum and 250 g khoya followed by raisins, pistachios and almonds
    Bake in a  preheated oven until  set  and brown.
