Ingredients
  1. Mutton chops ½ kg
    Potatoes 2
    Tomatoes 2
    Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Green chili paste 1 tbsp
    Roasted cumin seeds 2 tsp
    Tomato ketchup 1 cup
    Papaya paste 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves/parsley  4 tbsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Garlic (sliced) 2 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg mutton chops with ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp green chili paste, 2 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1 tsp papaya paste, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
    Arrange sliced potatoes and sliced tomatoes in an oven proof dish. Now arrange marinated chops on top.
    Spread with 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle 2 tbsp sliced garlic and 1 tsp oregano on top.
    Lastly pour 2 tbsp oil and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
