Ingredients
  1. Mutton  ½ kg
    Lady fingers½ kg
    Onions 3
    Coriander1 tbsp
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Yogurt   ½ cup
    Red chili powder1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    All spice powder1 tsp
    Green chilies4
    Oil1 cup
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Method
  • Wash ½ kg lady fingers and cut them from top and bottom. Take 1 cup oil in thepan and deep fry the lady fingers till they are golden brown. Take it out and spread it on the tissue paper. Now blend together, 3 onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili. Take some oil in t he pan, and add in the blended masala and cook it. Then add in 1/2 kg mutton. When the water dries than add in then add in 1 cup hot water. As the meat tender, add in fried lady fingers and 4 green chilies. add in 1 tbsp all spice powder and simmer it for 5 minutes. Serve hot with nan.
