Ingredients
  1. Pomfret sliced ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
    Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Flour ½ cup
    Egg 1
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Almond ground 50 gm
    Coriander leaves  a little
    Mint leaves chopped a little
    Salt to taste
    Oil for fry
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg fish slices with salt to taste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
    Now add 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 egg. Mix very well.
    Then add 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 50 gm ground almond, a few coriander leaves, a few mint leaves and 2 – 3 chopped green chilies.
    Lastly coat each fish slice with flour and fry till crisp.
    Serve hot.
