Ingredients
  1. Oil ¼ cup
    Beef undercut ½ kg
    Waer 1 cup
    Onion sliced 1
    Dry red chilies 6-7
    Cloves 6-7
    Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
    Chopped ginger 1
    Cinnamon 1 piece
    Black pepper 1tsp
    Vturmeric 1tsp
    Sugar 1tsp
    Red chilli 1tbsp
    Whole cumin ½ tbsp.
    Tomato paste 2tbsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Salt as required
Method
  • In a dry frying pan fry 1 piececinnamon 6-7 dry rechilli 6-7 clovvve ½ tbsp cumin and 1 tsp black pepper and grind them all toghether and ake a powder
    In other wok heat 2 tbsp of oil add 1 piece of ginger and 4-5 cloves of garlic and fry till it get ripe
    Add the masala powder in it
    Then add ½ kg beef undercut cubes and 1 sp turmeric and sauté for 1 minute
