Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut½ kg
    Boiled rice125 gm
    Boiled gram lentils125 gm
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Oil¼ cup
    Chili powder1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Coriander powder1 tsp
    Chicken stock1 glass
    Yogurt125 gm
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Spinach1 small bunch
    Onion1 medium
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 1 chopped onion and sauté till golden brown, then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg beef. Fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
    Now add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste and 125 gm yogurt. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Add 125 gm boiled rice, 125 gm boiled gram lentils, 1 bunch of chopped spinach and 1 glass of chicken stock. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 – 15 minutes.
    Now remove the lid, fry well on high flame.
    Lastly sprinkle ¼ bunch of coriander leaves on top. Dish it out and serve hot.
