Ingredients
  1. 1) Beef (undercut,Cut into small pieces) 1 kg
  2. 2) Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  3. 3) Coriander (whole) 1 tsp
  4. 4) Fenugreek (grinded) 1 tsp
  5. 5) Red chilies powder 1/2 tsp
  6. 6) Rice powder 1 tsp
  7. 7) Sugar 1 tsp
  8. 8) Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. 9) Oil 2 tsp
  10. 10) Ginger (thinly cut) 3
  11. 11) Ginger crushed 3 tsp
  12. 12) Garlic crushed 3 tsp
  13. 13) Dalchini (cinnamon) 1 inch piece
  14. 14) Brown vinegar 1/3 cup
  15. 15) Beef yaqni 1/2 cup
  16. 16) Salt and pepper to taste
Method
  • 1. Grind together cumin, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, red chilies and turmeric.
  • 2. Heat oil and fry beef in it.
  • 3. Then take it out in a bowl.
  • 4. In the same pan add onion, garlic, ginger.
  • 5. When onion turns brown then add in it beef with masalas from the bowl.
  • 6. Also add in this vinegar, yaqni, sugar, salt, black pepper and cook with lid covered until beef is tender.
  • 7. Stir-fry until oil floats on top.
  • 8. Decorate this with paper and serve with rice.
