Bhuna Qeema Recipe by Chef Zakir
Bhunaqeema recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Bhunaqeema can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Beef Mince½ kg
Chili powder1 tbsp
Coriander powder ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds½ tbsp
All spice powder½ tbsp
In chopper put together ½ kg mince, 2 tbsp papaya, salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, ½ tbsp coriander powder, ½ tbsp cumin powder, ½ tbsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 chopped onion.
Chopperize finely, then add 250 gm yogurt and mix well.
Put the mince mixture in a pan, also add ¾ cup oil and cook till mince is tender.
Lastly give dum of coal. Now dish it out, serve with chapatti, onion rings, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and lemon wedges.
