What is the difference between the method of preparation of chicken malai boti and the chicken reshmi kabab? I eat bot dishes many times but I could not feel the difference in the taste.

Bhari Chicken Malai is a great dish and I like to have this mostly with Paratha and onion rings, I also added green or imili chutney in it for taste.

Actually last weekend I made chicken malai boti according to the recipe of Zubeda Tariq but I try with much quantity that’s why it became not much spicy because I mix the salt and spicy in a low quantity.

Wow! When I listen the name of malai boti I feel water in my mouth because it is my most favorite dish. Usually I give the order of malai boti with puri paratha when I chalk out the program of dinner with my friends.
