Ingredients
  1. Blueberry 1 tin
  2. Cream 1 packet
  3. Milk 2 cups
  4. Gelatin powder 1 tbsp (mix with warm water)
  5. Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
  6. Sugar 1 cup
  7. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  8. Egg whites 2
Method
  • Pour milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring slowly up to boiling point.
  • Mix corn flour with water and add into milk.
  • Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  • Beat egg whites and vanilla essence till it creates foam.
  • Blend blueberries, cream, prepared milk, gelatin powder well.
  • In a bowl, fold the blended mixture in egg whites and refrigerate it an air tight box.
