Bolognese Bread Pizza recipe by Rida Aftab. This delightful Main Course recipe of Bolognese Bread Pizza can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
1 bread loaf
½ cup oil
½ kg beef mince
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp crushed black pepper
Salt as required
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
1 tsp all spice powder
½ cup stock
1 bunch parsley
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp basil leaves
Split bread lengthwise. Lightly crisp bread in oven, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove bread.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high to high heat and add ½ cup oil. Add the meat and break it up into an even layer. Let the meat caramelize 1 to 2 minutes without stirring. Break it into small bits and brown well
Add the carrots, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce and all spice powder-cook for 10 minutes
Add the stock, chopped tomatoes and parsley. Cook until the tomatoes are tender
Spread the mixture on the bread slices, top with mozzarella cheese .
Broil the pizzas to melt cheese. Top each pizza liberally with basil and serve (with a fork and knife).
