Ingredients
  1. Capsicum  4
    Cottage cheese 200 gm
    Yogurt 250 gm
    Tomato (chopped) 2
    Onion 2
    Green chilies 4
    Green coriander ½ bunches
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds 1 tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Oil ½ cup
Method
    1. Cut capsicum into two pieces. Take out seeds. Heat ½ cup oil, fry capsicum and take it out of pan. Now fry cottage cheese till golden. Now add tomatoes, onion and green chilies along with turmeric, salt, red chili powder, mustard seeds, and coriander powder. Cook on high flame for 3 minutes. Fill this mixture in fried capsicum. Put it in oven proof dish. Beat yogurt and pour on it. Bake for 10 minutes in grill oven of 150 degrees.
