INGREDIENTS

Carrot grated½ kg
Sugar250 gm
Milk½ liter
Spaghetti boiled½ packet
Condensed milk100 ml
Khoya125 gm
Cardamom powder¼ tsp
Almond chopped25 gm
Pistachio chopped25 gm
Dry dates chopped4 – 5
Kewra2 tbsp

METHOD

Blanch ½ kg grated carrot and then squeeze out the excess water. Now keep the blanched carrot aside.
In a wok put together ½ liter milk, 250 gm sugar, 2 tbsp kewra and boiled carrot. Let it cook till water dries.
Then add 100 ml condensed milk, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 25 gm chopped almond, 25 gm chopped pistachio and 4 – 5 dry dates.
Lastly add ½ packet of boiled spaghetti and 125 gm khoya. Mix well.
Cook till thickens, dish it out and serve.
