کاجو کی برفی (INGREDIENTS)

کاجو ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 200 گرام
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 250 گرام
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ گریس کرنے کے لیے
کھویا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 500 گرام
پیسی جائفل جاوتری، الائچی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی

METHOD

:150 گرام کاجو کو باریک کاٹ لیں۔ اب ایک فرائنگ پین میں 1 کھانے کا چمچہ گھی گرم کر کے کاجو تل لیں۔ جب رنگ تبدیل ہوجائے تو اس میں 400 گرام کھویا اور 200 گرام چینی شامل کر کے بھونیں۔ اب اس میں 1 چٹکی ہیسی جا ئفل، جاوتری الائچی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں اور چولہا بند کرلیں۔ پھر برفی کو ایک گریس کی ہوئی ٹرے میں ڈال کر باقی بچے 50 گرام کاجو ڈال کر سرو کردیں
