Ingredients
  1. ½ kg chana dal
  2. 6 green chillies(ground)
  3. A small piece of ginger
  4. ½ tsp turmeric
  5. 1 tbsp oil for batter
  6. 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
  7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Salt to taste
Method
  • Soak dal.Overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.Drains and grind coarsely. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well .Heat 1 tbsp oil and mix in with the paste. From into medium- sized vadas, and deep fry on medium fire till light brown serve hot
