Ingredients
  1. Macaroni 1 cup
  2. Chicken 1 bread piece, cut into piece
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  5. Ginger/garlic paste ½ tsp
  6. Carrot ½ cup
  7. Peas ½ cup
  8. Corn ½ cup
  9. Chopped
  10. Capsicum ½ cup
  11. For Topping
  12. Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  13. Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  14. Mayonnaise ½ cup
  15. Cream ½ cup
  16. Egg 1
  17. Capsicum 2-3 cut into circle
  18. Tomatoes 2-3 cut into circle
  19. For sauce:-
  20. Tomato 4
  21. Salt to taste
  22. Sugar 2 tbsp
  23. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  24. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  25. Ginger/garlic 1tsp
Method
  • Boil macaroni in water with 1 tbsp oil. Strain boils carrot, peas and corn. Marinate chicken piece in salt black pepper and ginger for half an hour. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry all the vegetable in it and keep aside fry chicken piece till golden brown and keep aside. grease baking dish. Mix all the chicken vegetable and macaroni. In the dish, add chicken mixture. Beat the egg and spread on top of the chicken mixture. Now make sauce by heating 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry ginger paste. Add tomato and all ingredients. cook till tender. Keep aside to cool. Then grind into a paste. Now add this sauce on top of beaten egg in the dish. Add cream, mayonnaise, cheese, capsicum and tomato slices on top of the cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180oC
