Cheesy Meatballs with Spaghetti

Ingredients: Spaghetti 250 g
Cheesy meatballs:-
Lean beef mince 500 g
Finely chopped 2tbsp
Fresg parsley
Grated parmesan cheese ½ cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Tomato Sauce:-
Butter 15 g
onion 1
Dried basil 2 tbsp
Canned tomatoes 440 gram
Undrained and mashed
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Beef stock ½ cup
White wine ½ cup
Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Black pepper

Method: • To make meatballs, place beef parsley, parmesan cheese, tomato paste and egg in a bowl. And mix to combine. From mixture into small ball and cook in a nonstick frying pan for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Remove meat ball from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper
• To make sauce, melt butter in a large frying pan and cook onion, basil and oregano for 2-3 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, wine and sugar. bring to the boil, then reduce and minutes or until sauce reduces and thicken.
• Cook spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction. Drain, place in a warm serving bowl and top with meatballs and sauce.serve
