Ingredients
  1. 80 gm Roasted chicken meat
    80 gm Grilled fish filet
    80 gm Cottage cheese
    1 no Boiled egg
    100 gm Fresh green salad
    1 tbsp Olive oil dressing
    80 gm Seasonal fresh fruits
    2 nos Brown bread slices
    1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt
Method
  • Take a flat platter. Put Roasted chicken & beef meat Julian
    shape, grilled fish filet square shape on the platter. Make square shape of
    cottage cheese; put that also on the platter. Cut 1/2 boiled eggs. Now take
    fresh green vegetables as per you choice, cut them also as you love to have
    them. Similar with the fresh fruits too. Now you can present them on the
    platter as you like it. Along with brown bread slices & plain yoghurt.
