Ingredients
  1. 900 gm Chicken (Leg pieces)
  2. 80 gm (5 Tbs) Ginger and Garlic paste
  3. 8 gm (1 ½ ts) Salt
  4. 3/4 ts White pepper powder
  5. 1 ½ ts Fenugreek leaf powder
  6. 20 ml or 1/3 ts Vinegar
  7. 40 gm= 2 2/3 Tbs Coriander
  8. 4 gm= 3/3 ts Powder of green cardamom
  9. 4 Tbs Cooking oil
  10. 300 gm = 1 ½ cup Basin
  11. 4 Eggs
  12. 200 gm = 1 cup Cream
  13. 50 gm Butter
Method
  • ■Wash the chicken.
  • ■Marinate the chicken in the mixture of ginger & garlic paste, salt, white pepper, gram masala, Fenugreek leaf powder, coriander and green cardamom powder for 20 minutes.
  • ■Fry basin in the oil then put it in a bowl. Add four egg and cream in it and make its paste.
  • ■Apply this paste on the chicken leg pieces and leave it for 20 minutes.
  • ■After 20 minutes, fry it for 10 to 15 minutes on the grill. Pour butter on the chicken and fry again for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • ■Serve it with salad.
