Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast2
    Capsicum1
    Fresh red chilies2
    Green chilies2 – 3
    Parsley¼ bunch
    Fresh cream½ cup
    Black pepper powder½ tsp
    Cinnamon powder¼ tsp
    Worchester sauce2 tbsp
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
    Oil3 tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Wash and clean 2 chicken breasts, cut and open into book form. Beat well with hammer to flatten.
    Marinate with salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Keep aside for a few minutes.
    Now cook the marinated chicken in grill pan.
    Blend together 1 chopped capsicum, 2 – 3 green chilies, ¼ bunch of parsley, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 fresh red chilies and ¼ cup water.
    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add in blended paste and cook on low flame. Add a little salt, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, a little black pepper, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce and ½ cup fresh cream.
    Cook till sauce thickens, arrange grilled chicken in a serving platter, top with prepared sauce. Serve hot.
