6 Chicken fillets
1 packet butter
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup fresh milk
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp chicken tikka masala
Oil as required
Salt as required
Flatten 6 chicken fillets and add chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, lemom juice, raosted cumin powder, crushed black pepper, salt and mix well.
Now toast the chicken in little amount of oil.
Take it out as it turns golden brown.
Now roast the buns on a griddle.
Now put the 1 tsp milk, mayonnaise and butter on one side.
Now put the chicken fillet on it and place the other piece of bun.
Cut from the middle. Chicken burger is ready to serve.
