Ingredients
  1. ½ kg chicken boneless
    1 boiled potato
    3 eggs
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 cup tomato ketchup
    ½ tsp black pepper
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    ½ tsp salt
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    For dough:
    1 cup flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp yeast
    1 tsp salt
    50 grams butter
    Water for kneading
Method
  • Dice the chicken and boil .When the chicken is tender and the water dries add 1 cup tomato ketchup,1/2tsp black pepper,1tsp crushed red chilies,1/2tsp salt,2tbsp vinegar, 1tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 diced and  boiled potato
    For the dough in a bowl mix together 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1tsp yeast, 1tsp salt and 50g butter.
    Knead together with lukewarm water and keep aside. When the dough doubles in volume knead again.
    Roll the dough and line the base of a baking tray with the prepared dough.
    Beat together the 3 eggs and stir in the shredded chicken. Pour the mixture into the mould lined with the pie dough and bake at 200C in a preheated oven, until the crust is brown and the filling is hot and bubbly
