Ingredients
  1. Chicken mince½ kg
    Spinach½ kg
    Saltto taste
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Peas boiled1 cup
    Crushed red pepper1 tbsp
    All spice powder½ tsp
    Bread slices2
    Cheddar cheese100 gm
    Sweet corn ½ cup
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Mint leaves¼ bunch
    Spring onion1 – 2
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
Method
  • Chopperize ½ kg chicken mince very well,add in salt to taste and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
    Now add 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp all spice powder, 2 bread slices, 1 – 2 chopped spring onion, ½ cup sweet corn and 1 egg. Chopperize for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Remove mixture in a bowl, add 1 cup boiled peas and ½ kg chopped spinach.
    Mix well and make small cutlets with the mixture. Shallow fry till golden brown.
