Ingredients
  1. Lasagna sheet boiled½ packet
    Chicken breast chopped2
    Onion chopped1
    Cauliflowerhalf
    Cabbage¼ piece
    Button mushroom½ cup
    Capsicum chopped1
    Carrot chopped1
    Celery stick chopped1
    Garlic chopped3 – 4 cloves
    Tomato paste6 tbsp
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp
    Chili garlic sauce3 tbsp
    Oregano1 tsp
    Thyme1 tsp
    Parsley chopped¼ bunch
    Oil3 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Black pepper powder1 tsp
    Butter3 tbsp
    Flour2 tbsp
    Milk½ liter
    Cheddar cheese grated100 gm
    Black pepper½ tsp
    Sugar1 tsp
    Cheddar cheese50 gm
Method
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 chopped onion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
    Now add chopped chicken pieces, fry well till its color turn to golden brown, add cauliflower, capsicum, chopped carrot and chopped celery sticks. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Add in 6 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp thyme, cook for 2 – 3 minutes, fry well till water dries, now turn the flame off.
    Heat 3 tbsp butter in a wok, add 2 tbsp flour and fry well till golden brown.
    Now pour ½ kg milk in it and cook till sauce thickens. Then add in 1 tsp sugar, salt  to taste and crushed black pepper to taste.
    Lastly add 100 gm grated cheese to the white sauce, mix well and turn the flame off.
    Now arrange boiled lasagna strips in a greased ovenproof dish, spread half of the chicken mixture, pour with sauce on top. Cover with the vegetable mixture.
    Again repeat the same with remaining chicken and vegetable mixture. Lastly pour the remaining white sauce on top.
    Spread grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
