Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless 300 gm
    Egg noodles boiled 1 packet
    Cabbage 1 cup
    Ginger 1 piece
    Capsicum 1
    Spring onion 2
    Green chilies 2
    Garlic cloves 4
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Oil 3 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 300 gm sliced chicken and stir fry on high flame.
    Cut 1 capsicum, 2 spring onions and 1 cup cabbage into slices.
    Also cut 1 ginger piece, 4 cloves of garlic and 2 green chilies into juliennes.
    Add all the sliced vegetables to the chicken. Stir fry on high flame for 1 minute.
    Now add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp crushed red pepper. Mix well.
    Turn the flame off.
    Spread 1 packet of boiled egg noodles in a serving platter. Now top with prepared mixture and serve
