Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup white sugar
  3. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup butter
  6. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  7. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  8. 1 cup chopped walnuts
  9. 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Method
  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2. Beat eggs until frothy, add sugars and vanilla.
  • 3. Melt butter or margarine, and add to sugar and egg mixture.
  • 4. Stir in flour until well blended. Mix in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • 5. Pour into pie pan and bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
