Ingredients
  1. Flour 1 cup
    Egg 2
    Butter 50 gm
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Milk 1 cup
    Walnut chopped ½ cup
    Coffee 2 tsp
    Brown sugar 1 cup
    Cocoa powder ½ cup
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Sugar 2 cup
Method
  • In a bowl beat together 50 gm butter, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 cup sugar.
    Then add in 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 cup milk. Mix well.
    Sieve together 1 cup flour, ½ cup cocoa powder and 1 tsp baking powder. Add to the butter egg mixture. Also add ½ cup chopped walnut and fold very well.
    Pour in a greased cake mold and bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
