Ingredients
  1. 5 Eggs
    500 grams milk
    200 grams sugar
    500 grams cream
    50 grams gelatin
    1 ½ tbsp coco powder
    1 tsp Strawberry essence
    Strawberry color few drops
Method
  • Cook milk, egg yolks and sugar all together. Turn off the stove after it gets a bubble and cool the mixture.
    Mix the gelatin in ¼ cup of water.
    Then add it in the mixture with whipped cream, strawberry essence, Strawberry color and coco powder and mix well.
    Now refrigerate and serve.
