Ingredients
  1. For Crumble
  2. 1cup Flour
  3. 1/2cup Brown sugar
  4. 1/2cup Peanut
  5. 100 gm Butter
  7. For filling
  8. 4 Bananas
  9. 1 packet Cream
  10. 1cup Custard
  11. 2 tbsp Sugar
Method
  • For Crumble
  • Mix together 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Make crumble with 100 gm butter with hands.
  • Add 1/2 cup peanut and bake in a preheated oven of 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • For Filling
  • Mix together 1 packet cream, 1 cup custard, 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Add 4 eggs and mix. In serving dish put crumble, top with custard and serve.
