Ingredients
  1. 4 cup(s) cabbage, red, shredded
  2. 2 cup(s) shredded carrots
  3. 1/2 cup(s) scallion(s) (green onions), chopped
  4. 1/4 cup(s) cranberries, dried
  5. 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise, reduced-fat
  6. 1 tablespoon sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, or orange juice
  8. 1 teaspoon mustard, Dijon
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt, Kosher
  10. pepper, black ground, to taste
Method
  • Combine the cabbage, carrots, scallions, cranberries, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and toss to mix.
