3 large Cucumbers (Kheera) (peeled & thinly sliced)
1 cup White Vinegar
¾ cup Water
¾ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
A dash of Red Hot Peppers
A dash of Dried Parsley
A dash of Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch)
A dash of Basil
Combine all ingredients except cucumbers and heat until sugar melts. Pour over cucumbers. Store in an airtight container.
Keeps well for several days.
