Leemoo 2 addad
Lal mirch aik chai ka chamach
Haldi adha chamach
Hara dahniya
Hari mirchen 4 to 6
Tale ya ghee 1 cup

METHOD

1 tale ko zara garam karen
2 us main bangan gol gol kat kar ache se fry karen lakin bangan tote nahi or bangan tal kr nikal len
3 ab usimai lal mirch powder or haldi dal kr bhoone oe sath hi adrak lehsen dal kr bhone
4ab deghchi main bangan phela kr yani door door kr k rakhne hain
5phir us pr dahi phant kr dalen
6 hari mirch or dhania dal kar dam de den
5 se 7 minat bad serve karen
