Ingredients
  1. Fettuccine 375 g
  3. green sauce
  4. spinach, shareded
  5. butter 2 oz
  6. garlic 2 cloves
  7. grated fresh parmesan cheese
  8. black pepper
Method
  • • Cook fettuccine in boiling water in a large saucepans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
  • • To make sauce boil, steam or microwave spinach for 3 minutes or until just cooked. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan and cook garlic over a low heat for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and parmesan cheese and cook. Stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir spinach into sauce and season to taste with black pepper. spoon sauce over fettuccine and toss to combine
