INGREDIENTS

Boneless fish400 grams
Boiled potatoes3-4
Salt1tsp
Crushed red chili1tsp
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Green chili3-4
Green coriander½ cup
Egg1
Flour1cup
Bread crumbs1-1/2 cup
Oil 2tbsp
Oilfor shallow fry

METHOD

Marinate 400 grams fish with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red chili and 2tbsp of lemon juice.
Then fry marinated fish in 2 tbsp of oil.
Mash 3-4 boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Add fish mixture, 1/2 cup green coriander and 3-4 green chilies in mashed potatoes.
Make small balls in shape of kababs and dip in 1 beaten egg.
Then roll it in 1 cup of flour and dust it in1-1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
When fish kabab fully covered in bread crumbs then fry them.
